Day 23 ~ New Terms and Definitions

Today in class we talked about the crude birth rate and crude death rate in different countries. The Crude death rate in a country is the number of people that have died over a certain period of time in a country. Usually, countries that are less wealthy and have poor health care have a higher crude death rate. The countries that have good health care and positive living conditions have a lower crude death rate.  The Crude Birth rate is the number of babies that are born over a period of time in a country. Today we also found that we have a test on Friday. I feel like this is the first test that we have known about far in advance and that gives me more time to organize notes and make a Quizlet that will help me study the information that will be on the test.
